We provide photography, videography, content creation, and related visual media services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal for each project.
Inquiries and Communication
Submitting an inquiry through our website does not create a binding agreement. A project is booked only when both parties sign a written agreement and any required deposit is received.

Booking and Payment

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, MLaynePhotography LLC retains copyright to all images and video produced. Clients receive a usage license as defined in their project agreement. We may display work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a written exception is agreed.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for securing any necessary permits, property access, model releases, and permissions required for a shoot.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for that project.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
